Referral fee
Who pays what
Asian Tradies is a referral service. When we introduce a customer to a tradie and they do a job, the tradie pays Asian Tradies 10% of the job total. Customers pay the tradie's quote and nothing extra. The fee is agreed in writing with each tradie before their first job.
Privacy
Your information
We collect what you send us: your name, phone number, suburb, job details and photos. We use it only to find you a tradie or a customer. We pass your details to a tradie, or a tradie's details to a customer, only after you agree.
We don't sell your information. We keep it only as long as we need it for the job and our records. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging us. This is how we meet the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Terms
The short version
We introduce people; we are not the contractor. Each tradie is independent and agrees the price, timing and quality of the work directly with the customer. Asian Tradies is not responsible for the work itself. If there is a problem we help with messages and translation, and we stop referring tradies who don't treat customers fairly.
We don't arrange electrical, plumbing, gasfitting, drainlaying or restricted building work.
